Shipping policy

All orders are processed same day if received by 12pm CST, all later orders will ship the next business day. Please note that there may be delays on weekends or holidays. When placing your order, please confirm that all billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. Please contact sales@mikes-den.com to report any issues with your shipment. We do not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages that track as delivered; however, we will work with you to file a claim for replacement. 

Expedited shipping can be chosen for a flat rate at checkout. Large items such as straw hats or bedding items will have standard pricing by package size. *We are not responsible for delays once received by USPS or UPS. These delays are out of our control. Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. 

Free in-store pickup available for most items within 24 hours at our Covington, Louisiana store location at 1102 N. Highway 190. Choose Pick Up at checkout, and you’ll receive an email once your items is ready to be picked up. Please pick up within 7 days, or the order may be canceled.
